Your first sign-in, with an invite code

An invite email gives you an invite code (it looks like INV-XXXX-XXXX). It works for 14 days.

1. Go to vanzen.ai/app.
2. Choose I have an invite code.
3. Enter your Email and the Invite code.
4. Choose a password in Create password, and type it again in Confirm password.
5. Click Create password and sign in.

A quick human check from Cloudflare may appear before you continue.

Signing in after that

1. Go to vanzen.ai/app.
2. Enter your Username and Password and click Sign in. Or click Sign in with a passkey.

Forgot your password? Click Forgot password?, then Email me a code. The code works for 15 minutes. Enter it with a new password and click Set password and sign in.

Passkeys

A passkey lets you sign in with Face ID, Touch ID, or your device lock instead of your password. Your password and email reset still work.

1. Open Settings → Account & plan, and find Passkeys.
2. Click Add a passkey.
3. Enter Your VanZen password and click Continue.
4. Follow your browser or device. It shows Waiting for your device… until you confirm.

Each passkey shows when it was added and last used. Click Remove to delete one.

Syncing chats to a browser needs a passkey: it locks the synced chats in that browser. Sync is rolling out during the beta. See Sync and linking.

Your first chat

Type in the box that says How can I help? and press Enter. To add a photo or a file, drop it on the window or use the add button.

Chats you have on the web stay in this browser. Settings → Data → Erase data in this browser removes them.

Use your phone’s plan on the web

1. On the web, the plan screen shows Use your phone plan and a code.
2. On your phone, open Settings → Plan → Use this plan on the web and scan the code.
3. The browser says This browser now has your plan.

One browser at a time has the plan. Scanning again from a new browser moves it there.
