Your chats
- VanZen does not keep your chats, and does not train on them.
- Chats are saved on your phone, in your browser, or on your Mac, not on our servers.
- Because we don’t keep them, we can’t look them up or restore them.
What is sent
- Direct Chat sends your message as written.
- vMask Chat replaces personal details with vMasks on your device first.
- A question that needs the web is sent for an external web search: as written in Direct Chat, with vMasks in vMask Chat when you turn web search on. The Privacy Policy names the services we use.

Erase your data
- On iPhone: Settings → Data, or delete the app.
- On the web: Settings → Data → Erase data in this browser.
